Any time mushrooms are on sale, I buy them…lots of times I end up throwing them out because I forget to use them, but I TOTALLY love them. Balsamic vinegar I can actually drink because it tastes that good. I love it too. I’ve made balsamic reduction, but it’s very time consuming and now I can find it in the store–Aldi of all places! We love mushrooms in just about anything. And as far as balsamic vinegar goes? We have it in multiple containers because we simply love the taste. I don’t purchase salad dressing anymore. A touch of flavored balsamic vinegar and some delicious flavored olive oil ( they really have some outstanding pairings). Your recipe sounds wonderful!
