I have a basket style Cook’s Essentials I bought from QVC. They no longer sell that model, but they do many others. Things to consider is what you want to cook in it. I prefer 5 quarts and up because I make rotisserie chickens in it. I’m a widow so it’s only me but I do prefer larger. Even though I’m not an affiliate and I’m not pushing their store(s), places such as QVC & HSN offer flexible payments if you’re budgeting plus they have a good return policy just in case you don’t like it. For your needs, I’d say keep it simple–a 5 qt basket model can be gotten for less than $100 USD. Try Amazon too. I just think of it as a super-efficient convection oven.
