Thanks Judith 🙂 I’m definitely going to make them tomorrow, to have with Turkey Meatloaf & roasted Brussels Sprouts. My hubby is a huge fan of sweet potatoes, so I know he will enjoy them, as will I.

It will definitely work!!! I haven’t done it myself but I belong to a few air fryer groups on Facebook and a lot of members made them with great success.
