Beets are one of my faves too Barbara. But believe it or not, I hadn’t eaten them in ages until I made the ones in the pic. Forgot how good they are!!!

I am going to make it as one of my sides for T’Giving. Thanks so much for sharing. I am also adding sausage and mushrooms to my old stuffing recipe this year. I generally put oysters in it but my granddaughter doesn’t care for them, so sausage it will be.
